A leading convenience store retailer is seeking a Market Leader Trainee in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will lead 8-10 Area Leaders managing 100-150 stores, maximizing sales and gross profit. The position includes comprehensive training over 12 months with numerous career progression paths available. We require 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the C-Store and food service sectors.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA degree and may have an MBA, and is open to travel and relocation.
