The Visual Merchandising Manager supports the creation of a brand‑right, elevated customer journey at our North America DTC stores. This key collaborator builds dynamic seasonal strategies and develops efficient team processes to manage deliverable timelines, balancing attention to detail with high‑level VM perspective for effective near‑ and long‑term strategies.
How You Will Make a DifferenceWhat you will do:
Operations:
- Build achievable workflows to deliver monthly and seasonal direction on time.
- Manage all aspects of store assortments, from initial buying plans to in‑season delivery, tracking dropped styles and late deliveries to provide strategic pivots where necessary.
- Lead meeting calendar for internal and cross‑functional teams.
- Provide operational support for new store openings and renovations.
- Support both Full Price and Outlet work streams to create an aligned consumer journey.
- Integrate Visual Merchandising best practices to elevate the brand experience.
- Align omnichannel marketing strategy with in‑store experience in partnership with Brand Creative, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing.
- Assist with Retail Lab setups to inform future season direction and innovate compelling store experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of store training and direction to increase clarity and compliance.
- Build, format and maintain documents for special or ongoing projects, creating overview decks with all relevant info, data and developments.
- Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for cross‑functional partners.
- Passion for improving processes and outputs with an eagerness to learn.

- Ability to work in a cross‑functional environment and process feedback positively.
- Strong communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles including balance, fixturing, color flow, and adjacencies.
- Ability to continually evolve visual merchandising tactics to meet commercial demands and a fresh, dynamic consumer shopping experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, flexible environment; self‑start and fill gaps is a must.
- 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Store Environment, or related marketing or design field.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office;
Sketch Up skills are a plus. - Experience executing visual merchandising initiatives such as window displays, mannequin styling, and campaign installations within a retail store environment.
- Understanding of holistic retail business concepts in buying, marketing and consumer experience.
- Experience building documents and templates as frameworks for strategic work and project execution.
- Combined field and corporate retail experience is a plus.
- Regular travel expected for market visits, new store openings, and refits.
- Position located in Denver, Colorado.

Hiring Range
: $79,488.00 – $99,360.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential
