Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high-precision water analysis instrumentation, and we’re looking for a District Sales Manager to join our team in the Denver, CO area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who thrives at the intersection of science and business — someone who enjoys connecting technology with customer needs to deliver real-world value.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.
- Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
- Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
- Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
🗓️ A typical week includes office days in Irvine on Mondays and Fridays, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business
, or related field (preferred). - 3–5 years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
