Our success relies on a passionate, service‑driven multicultural team of 160 individuals from 17 nationalities, working across offices in the USA, Germany, India, Costa Rica, South Africa, and Kenya.
Whatwe’ll offer:
- Base salary Commission gives possibility for $62k-$65k OTE on the 1st year.

- Engage with guests primarily via video calls, as well as phone and email to comprehend their travel preferences and requirements.
- Compose and sell custom, tailor‑made travel experiences to destinations around the world, maintaining a target of 1-2 confirmed bookings per week.
- Provide guide travel advice and recommendations to ensure each trip is outstanding and memorable.
- Build and cultivate long‑term relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and destination guides, to ensure magnificent trip execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and excellent customer service.
- Stay up to date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry developments.
- Handle booking confirmations, payments, and other administrative tasks related to trip planning efficiently to trip finalization.
- Previous consultative experience in travel sales, luxury travel, or a related customer‑facing role is helpful.
- Passion for travel and deep knowledge of various destinations and cultures.
- Bias for action allowing you to help move each sale along, ask for the sale & move quickly
- Strong consultative sales skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international guests in different time zones.
