What you will doReporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, you will join as a key member of our team. As our new Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be pivotal in providing high‑quality support to our global sales function. You will play a key role in keeping our commercial operations running effectively through accurate customer administration, data analysis, and Salesforce reporting. Your work will directly contribute to process improvements that optimise sales performance, support sales leadership, and drive overall business growth.
Whereyou will have impact
- Provide high‑quality, day‑to‑day support to our global sales teams, acting as a primary point of contact for deal management and system inquiries.
- Own and manage critical sales administration processes, including quoting, contracting, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.
- Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory global sales processes, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new Sales members to the Commercial team from a Sales Operations perspective, including sales tools user setup.
- Develop and maintain essential sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce, including forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reporting, transforming data into actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Analyze sales performance and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Communicate recommendations based on analysis.
- Contribute to key operational projects that enhance sales effectiveness and ensure adherence to our global sales processes.
- Support the sales operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Finance Operations, and Data Analytics to support strategic initiatives.
- Prioritise your work effectively and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders.

You'll work closely with the entire sales organization, from reps to leadership, and collaborate with key partners in Finance Operations, Data Analytics, and the CRM & Sales Systems team to keep our rapid growth on track.
