As an Outside Sales | Kitchen-Bath Remodeling specialist, you will develop key professional and commercial accounts, expand market presence in Denver, CO, and leverage a network of industry contacts to drive remodeling services.

• Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key accounts (realtors, designers, general contractors, property managers, aging-in-home facilities, and multi-family builders) in need of kitchen and bath remodeling and new installation services.
• Leverage existing relationships to introduce and sell bath and kitchen remodeling and installation services.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key commercial accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs of $150k in sales per month.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• 3+ years of experience in home sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
• Extensive network of contacts with realtors, interior designers, general contractors, and property managers.
• Proven track record of developing key referral partners and new business with key accounts.
• Strong understanding of bath and kitchen remodeling and installation services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong closer.
• Coachable team player.

Compensation: $120,000 - $300,000 per year
