Qualifications
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the solar, roofing, or door-to-door industries
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Knowledge of solar and roofing products would be preferred but isn't required for the right person.

A Day In The Life

Our Door-to-Door Sales Manager works from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. You're responsible for driving business growth and guiding the professional development of your sales agents to meet lead-generation goals and exceed revenue targets. As the leader of your team, you oversee door-to-door sales operations and provide valuable feedback to help agents improve. You pursue opportunities to book solar and roofing jobs, qualify incoming leads, and assign prospects to the appropriate team.

By tracking metrics and conducting performance reviews, you develop strategies for improving success rates and booking more business. This includes creating training materials and sales scripts. You also provide excellent customer service to clients, working with them throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and close the deal.
