Job Title: Sales Executive – Technology

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing Technology practice. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Compensation range for this role is $56,485 - $80,000 per year +
Incentive Program (Bonus/Commission based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present our services to potential clients and address their needs
• Negotiate staffing solutions and close sales
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional sales experience
• Strong experience in cold calling, sales, and relationship management is a plus!
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented, competitive mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
