Our client, a performance-driven digital services and advertising agency, is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant with a strong track record in sales of digital media and marketing services to join their team! This role is ideal for a consultative seller with an existing network and a knack for identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and helping brands grow through innovative data and audience-based solutions.
You'll be responsible for generating new revenue through client acquisition, leading high-value client conversations, crafting solutions with clients, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to help shape the future of a growing agency.
- Drive new business by leveraging your existing network and uncovering fresh opportunities.
- Craft and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions that speak directly to client needs.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation through deal close and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and help influence the evolution of our service offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, business development, or client services within advertising, marketing, or professional services.
- Media strategy or planning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator).
- You have existing relationships with potential clients, a proven book of business and strong regional or vertical-specific network.
- You’re a strategic thinker and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior marketing decision-makers.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of outcomes.
- You’re motivated by results and inspired by client success.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
