Job Details

As an HVAC Service Account Manager in the Construction industry, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our business. This position is for a high‑energy, self‑motivated individual with a strong desire to excel in the field of sales and account management. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

This role demands a dynamic, hard‑working professional who is results‑driven and has a deep understanding of the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out and procure new customers and opportunities with the intent of meeting or exceeding yearly sales goals.
  • Utilize company software to estimate projects and generate proposals.
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and customers to schedule service work efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement strategies for prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to drive business growth.
  • Manage territory sales and ensure optimal customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Manage accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Conduct direct sales, presenting our products and services to potential clients.
  • Foster customer success by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Undertake the role of a "hunter", actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems in the sales and service process.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, territory sales, B2B sales, and direct sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in using company software for estimating projects and generating proposals.
