We are currently seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest‑growing sector. This position starts with an OTE range of $240k–$260k+ with opportunities for rapid career advancement.
Performance Objectives- Execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition in the power and renewables market.
- Collaborate with Technical Advisors to present a compelling value proposition and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Education Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI.
- Provide quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual forecasts with acceptable accuracy.
- Deliver client feedback to marketing and development teams to build more effective products and services.
- Complete company certifications and ongoing training on a regular basis.
- Attend trade shows, sales summits, and client meetings with up to 50% travel.
- Driven by results: high goal‑orientation, urgency, and a strong motor.
- Proven experience in the power & renewables or SaaS space.
- Skilled in outside sales and prospecting new opportunities, demonstrating expertise in an enterprise sales process (CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision‑makers, risk mitigation, retention, closing).
