Agent Sync is a powerful, easy‑to‑use Compliance as a Service solution that directly integrates regulatory database sources of truth (such as NIPR and FINRA) with core business systems (like Salesforce) to automate critical compliance processes. We tackle inefficient, high‑cost solutions—spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software—and provide smart, automated technology for the insurance industry.
As a Strategic Account Executive you will drive growth by acquiring new logos across the world’s largest insurance carriers, agencies, and MGAs. You will research, create, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding revenue within a small book of existing strategic accounts. You will lead the effort across 20‑25 named accounts and coordinate a cross‑functional team spanning Marketing, Sales Development, Pre‑Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, and Executive leadership.

What you’ll do- Manage the complete sales cycle for strategic accounts across multiple insurance distribution channels, including new business acquisition, renewals, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Develop a robust pipeline through comprehensive knowledge of your assigned 20‑25 key accounts' current states and needs.
- Understand customer objectives, existing business processes, challenges, opportunities, budget constraints, and desired business outcomes in relation to Agent Sync solutions.
- Employ consultative solution‑selling techniques and follow our customer engagement process (CEP) to ensure consistency throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions with your manager and integrate feedback into your sales approach and methodologies.
- Provide clear, accurate updates to internal teams regarding pipeline development, sales funnel status, forecasting, prospect requirements, and product feedback.
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery that achieves exceptional customer outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, processes, tools, and metrics that underlie our world‑class Sales function.
- 10+ years B2B Enterprise SaaS experience in Senior Account Executive/Sales roles.
- 2+ years successful selling complex SaaS solutions to the insurance vertical.
- Demonstrated top performer with a track record of meeting and exceeding annual ARR quotas of $1.5M+ with average deal sizes of $500K+.
- Experience with C‑Level sales and relationship management.
- Excellent data‑driven, process‑driven, methodical, and consultative sales process and mechanics.
- Strong pipeline generation, management, and forecasting skills.
- Project management skills:
Able to coordinate and drive complex multi‑threaded deals from start to finish. - Natural problem‑solver who is comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and evolving challenges.

Ideal candidates live within 25 miles of our Denver office. Other states we consider: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. (We are not hiring or able to consider candidates in the New York metro, Seattle metro, or the Bay Area.)
Salary and CompensationOTE $320,000 – $350,000 (Split = 50% base / 50% variable). Equity in the form of stock options.
