The Role
We're looking for a Partner Activation Specialist someone who can turn cold into curious and curious into committed.
You'll focus exclusively on:
What You'll Do:
- Reconnect with inactive or low-engagement partners through persistent, personalized outreach.
- Manage and follow up on active quotes to move them from pending to approved.
- Collaborate daily with Estimators during active quoting stages.
- Use Hub Spot CRM to track conversations and opportunities but also reach beyond it through Linked In, social media, associations, and trade networks.
- Build your own rhythm of outreach, testing creative ways to get decision-makers to respond.
- Share feedback from the field to help evolve and improve our sales process.

Who You Are
- B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or signage.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Zoom Info, and modern sales tools.
- Background in consultative or challenger-style selling.
- Competitive base + uncapped commission.
