Position Profile:

* Earn the respect and loyalty of customers

* Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

* Strong contract management and risk management

* Work well in a team environment

Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

* Help grow and build our Roofing Service business

* Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients

* Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities

* Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders

* Attend association, industry, and networking events

* Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client

* Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels

What We Are Seeking

* Ability to conduct presentations virtually Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives.

Technical skills and responsibilities:

* Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

* Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project

* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities

* Strong negotiation skills

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
