We’re seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to join our team in Denver.
You’ll be instrumental in growing our business, nurturing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process with professionalism and heart. - Lead the sales process from inquiry through contract execution.
- Develop tailored proposals that reflect client needs and Modern Catering’s creativity and quality.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and nurture ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate to deliver excellence: partner with internal teams (event planning, culinary, operations) to ensure clear communication and execution.
- Participate in community networking and industry events to grow brand visibility and partnerships.
- Listen to clients’ visions and translate them into thoughtful, customized event solutions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales cycle.
- Experienced: 2+ years in sales, hospitality, event planning, or catering services.
- Values-Driven: a positive, team‑oriented communicator who embodies gratitude, collaboration, and integrity.
- Organized & Personable: excellent at juggling multiple leads with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Flexible: comfortable engaging with clients and attending events outside of typical business hours.
