Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers and business, grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio, and qualify new leads to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
  • Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals at the customer, engaging with key influencers including direct users, department heads, and CXO-level personnel.
  • Sell point-of-sale service contracts, financing options, and drive margins by emphasizing value and maintaining pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of GE and competitors' products.
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets through accurate forecasting, prioritizing sales activities to generate volume, penetrate accounts, and cover the territory effectively.
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs immediately.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for key targets and competitive accounts, and communicate market intelligence, field concerns, and requirements back to the business.
  • Lead market analysis and develop/executive strategies and action plans to drive product sales.
  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience.
    • Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region, with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs.
    • If operating a GE-owned/leased, privately owned/leased, or rental vehicle for business, willingness to submit to a driving record check.
