Senior Account ExecutiveWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales who will help lay the foundations of our sales strategy and organization. The right person is someone who will come in learn how weve sold in the early innings and build upon that. They will also be a key contributor to help define what our sales organization will look like as we continue to grow and expand.

What Youll Do & Your Impact- Acquire new logos and develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Evaluate market landscapes trends and dynamics to translate overarching plans into focused sales initiatives partnerships and campaigns.
- Connect with key decision-makers at potential customers and educate them on Lakeras unique value prop.
- Navigate complex sales meaning multiple stakeholders pilots and some technical complexity.
- Lead the expansion of our market presence by identifying new customer segments and potential use cases.
- Shape product roadmaps and features based on customer feedback and market demands and offer insights that fortify our value proposition and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Continuously enhance the sales methodology by integrating insights into playbooks templates and best practices. Identify process enhancements to streamline sales productivity and ensure consistency.
- 5 years of sales experience selling to enterprise and midmarket companies.
- Early-stage startup experience ideally knowing what it means to do category-defining selling.
- In-depth knowledge of the AI market LLMs cybersecurity sector and enterprise sales dynamics.
- A track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
- A knack for bringing structure to uncertainty and a roll up your sleeves attitude.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- A passion for advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and securely.
Location : Remote (Denver preferred)

Compensation and Benefits : Our total compensation package is a blend of salary equity and benefits. We are committed to paying fairly and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates. Equity - On top of this positions compensation equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
