What You’ll Do- Generate new opportunities and pipeline through outbound sales tactics.
- Build account plans with your Account Executive to deepen understanding of target accounts.
- Partner with Demand Generation to execute cross‑functional sales plays and events.
- Help Agent Sync secure opportunities at large insurance companies.
- Master prospecting tools:
Outreach, Linked In, Salesforce, Loom, Sales Navigator, and more. - Complete Agent Sync sales bootcamp (Agent Cafes) and receive monthly sales training.
- Showcase mastery in research analysis for named accounts.
- Obtain broad cross‑department exposure to grow your internal brand.
- Conduct cold calling—cold calling is a major part of this role.
- 1+ years of sales and sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
- Deep experience using Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency with sales productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator).
- Strong cold‑calling, email, and social‑selling skills.
- Strategic thinking around account planning and territory management.
- Experience with research analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.
This hybrid position is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo.

$60K base salary; $20K on‑target commissions; equity in the form of stock options.
