• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
• Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions (auto, home, life, commensal, and more)
• Build long-term relationships and manage a personal book of business
• Present clear, professional insurance proposals
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and regulations
• Leverage modern technology to streamline sales and client communication

• Sales experience (or strong motivation to grow in sales)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Active Colorado insurance licenseor willingness to obtain one (well help)
• Comfortable with using sales software and tools.
