Engage face-to-face with business customers to present Lumen telecom solutions
Drive sales conversations focused on client needs, upgrades, and long-term value
Build rapport, overcome objections, and close new accounts
Track performance metrics tied to revenue and customer acquisition
Assist in coordinating team activities and daily sales goals
Analyze territory data and customer feedback to improve results
Support onboarding and coaching of newer team members
