What Your Days Look Like:
Interact with customers to present and sell telecom services
Assist with customer questions and service recommendations
Support sales initiatives and promotions
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Help resolve issues while identifying upsell opportunities
Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
Develop communication and sales skills daily
