Day in the Life of a Sales Agent Representative- Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle.
- Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone.
- Ensure all clients have an amazing experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Base Salary: $40,000 plus 50% new bonus commission.
- Uncapped commissions – total compensation can range from $65,000 to $80,000.
- Annual base salary and commission/bonus opportunities.
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Dental, vision, and other insurance coverage.
- Hands‑on training and ongoing support.
- Monday‑Friday schedule with evenings and holidays off.
