About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join a highly respected flooring manufacturer and supplier with a decades-long legacy in premium engineered hardwood, laminate and luxury vinyl floors. The ideal candidate is an experienced outside sales professional with deep relationships in the Denver market and a proven track record of growing territory revenue.

This role offers the opportunity to represent best-in-class flooring products known for quality, performance, and design across residential and commercial applications. The company is committed to innovation, sustainability, and long-term partnerships with its dealer network.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and cultivate new business by sourcing, pitching, and onboarding retail dealers, contractors, designers, and builders throughout the Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas.
  • Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Provide product knowledge, samples, specifications, and technical support to customers
  • Monitor market trends and share competitive intelligence with leadership
  • Conduct regular showroom visits, jobsite walkthroughs, client presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Participate in industry events, product trainings, and trade shows to expand brand awareness
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in hardwood flooring or premium building materials
  • Active relationships with flooring retailers, contractors, designers, or builders in Southern California
  • Strong understanding of hardwood and hard surface products, installation practices, and specifications
  • Self-motivated, territory-driven professional with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
