The roleAs a Senior B2B Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our sales development team. You’ll be the calm, confident driver who can:
- Own multiple client programs and keep stakeholders informed, confident, and retained.
- Lead and coach a remote sales/SDR/calling team through call reviews, objection handling, and talk track improvements to consistently hit KPIs.
- Run the day-to-day “engine”: quality, pacing, talk tracks, reporting, and fast problem‑solving.

Who you areYou’re a rockstar who is both client‑polished and performance‑obsessed - you can talk strategy with executives at 10:00 and run a killer coaching huddle at 10:15.
Required- Based in the Denver Metro area and able to work in‑office.
- 5+ years in Call Center leadership (sales/SDR/appointment setting).
- 5+ years in B2B account management/client success and/or business development.
- Proven ability in coaching teams to hit KPIs (quality + output).
- Organized, proactive communicator - no surprises for clients.
- Experience leading independent contractors (onboarding, QA, performance management).
- CRM proficiency (Vanilla Soft preferred), Google Workspace; dashboards/reporting a plus.
- Results‑focused, accountable, and steady under pressure.
- Empathetic leader who brings out the best in others.
- Creative problem‑solver with strong ownership and follow‑through.
- Better coaching: sit together, workshop talk tracks, review calls, and level up faster.
- Support on tap: you’re surrounded by people who can jump in and help solve problems.
