Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Account Manager role based in Denver, CO. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and effectively communicating tailored pest control solutions. Responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating service schedules, addressing client concerns, and working with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and delivering on Orkin’s promise of quality and reliability.

  • Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Organizational and time‑management skills to manage service schedules and priorities
  • Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Experience with account management and customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally as required
