A residential roofing contractor is looking for quality salespeople with a drive to succeed. The company has been named one of the top 100 roofing contractors in the US multiple years in a row and is looking for quality individuals that want to take their careers to the next level. The position does not involve any project management and offers uncapped commissions!

• Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
• Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
• Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
• Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
• Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

• 2+ years of roofing sales experience – preferably in residential but commercial experience can be applicable as well.
• Experience with residential roofing materials and techniques.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in‑person interactions.
• Positive attitude, analytical in nature, self‑motivated, ambitious, and a team player.
