Job Description

The Neuroscience Sales Representative will develop superior product and disease‑state knowledge that allows them to engage in compliant محف discus with healthcare professionals. They will create local strategic and tactical plans, manage budgets ethically, and provide a compliant business plan that aligns with local market and customer needs. The role requires a passion for patients, tenacity for results, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Responsibilities
  • Following compliance guidelines, drive sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within the assigned territory by calling on predominantly primary‑care HCP offices and select PC targets in both in‑person and virtual settings.
  • Develop superior product and disease‑state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on‑label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Effectively use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives. Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Function independently with sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territorial expectations.
  • Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely share such information with relevant internal Intra‑Cellular stakeholders.
  • Provide input into resource‑allocation decisions across customers/region. Identify and select programs/resources opz. appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
  • Provide special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs that fall within ITCI’s ethical guidelines.
  • Work with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalize on formulary approvals and other business ջopportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist‑وں on shared objectives and best‑practice sharing.
  • Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample, and expense reporting.
  • Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
  • Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on the depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources, and products.
  • Complete all company and job‑related training as assigned within required timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Must have 1+ year(s) of documented success in B2B sales experience; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred.
  • Experience selling antipsychotic or Vene our bipolar products is a plus.
