Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area for a Sales and Group Coordinator. måned responsibilities include managing sales coordination, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Day‑to‑day duties involve supporting sales operations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with group bookings, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and contributing to overall business success through organized and strategic planning.
Qualifications- Strong Sales, Sales Coordination, and Sales Operations skills
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members and clients
- Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CI and Marriott sales and customer management software is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is highly beneficial
