The Men's Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, providing knowledgeable styling and fashion guidance.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer-centric service and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Use digital tools, social media, and store technology to connect with clients and sell across channels.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
- Commission sales experience and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a flexible work schedule.
