What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a localized marketing and sales plan
- Assess market trends and competitive landscape
- Generate and nurture leads through the full sales process
- Conduct tours, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Build relationships with referral sources and local partners
- Track sales metrics and manage CRM systems
- Partner with leadership to meet occupancy and revenue goals
- Proven sales and marketing experience (senior living preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
- Goal-oriented with a focus on occupancy growth
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay Range: 28.15 - 35.20
In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
