Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 + Benefits

As a Customer Account Manager with RK Water, you’ll manage the day-to-day details of customer accounts and help ensure every account is set up, supported, and maintained accurately. From onboarding new customers and service sites to managing billing, renewals, account information, and inventory data, you’ll play an important role in keeping RK Water’s operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with customers, operations, manufacturing, sales, and other internal teams to maintain accurate information, support timely billing, monitor account activity, and provide the administrative coordination needed to deliver a strong customer experience.

• Set up new customers, service sites, service management agreements, and vendor or supplier accounts while ensuring required information and documentation are complete.
• Generate work orders for scheduled water treatment services and approved repair or service work, coordinating with operations and manufacturing teams as needed.
• Manage monthly and quarterly billing for manufacturing, sales, dealer accounts, projects, parts, and other customer activities.
• Monitor account activity including contracts, renewals, purchase orders, master service agreements, accounts receivable, inventory information, and customer payments.
• Track sales and commission information, maintain organized account records, review month-end general ledger activity, and provide administrative support across RK Water.

• College or university degree, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts, billing, account administration, or a related business function.
• Ability to independently manage multiple account activities, deadlines, records, and administrative processes.
• Experience working with financial, inventory, billing, or account management systems.
• Ability to evaluate account information, identify discrepancies, and independently resolve routine issues while escalating unusual or complex matters when needed.
