Responsible for executing sales strategies for Bayer's Cardiorenal and related products within the Princeton, NJ territory.
Key Objectives- Driving demand
- Clinical education
- Establishing strong relationships with primary care and endocrinology providers
- Develop tailored business plans
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities
- Manage customer objections
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Market Access to maximize product utilization
- Maintain high ethical standards, comply with industry regulations, and utilize emerging technologies to enhance sales performance
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of pharma sales experience
- Proven sales success and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years in pharma sales
- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, or menopause markets
- Product launch experience
- Virtual sales proficiency
- Focus on cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause indications
- Sales within community settings
- Understanding of local HCP relationships
The position involves up to 50% travel and is residence-based within the territory.
