THE ROLE
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical knowledge
- College degree in a related field
Location:
This full-time position is based in Denver, CO. The role involves both office-based tasks and local travel to customer locations. Flexibility is required, with occasional evening and weekend appointments based on customer availability.
A Day in the Life:- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate existing HVAC systems and assess customer needs.
- Recommend tailored solutions, providing detailed proposals with clear explanations of product features, benefits, and financing options.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to project completion.
- Maintain and grow strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Track leads, meet sales goals, and actively contribute to a high-performing team environment.
