Director of Sales, Healthcare / Medical Sales, Sales & Marketing

As a Community Sales Director (CSD), you lead marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue growth for your community.
What You'll Do:- Develop and execute a localized marketing and sales plan
- Assess market trends and competitive landscape
- Generate and nurture leads through the full sales process
- Conduct tours, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Build relationships with referral sources and local partners
- Track sales metrics and manage CRM systems
- Partner with leadership to meet occupancy and revenue goals
You serve as the face of the community - guiding families through their decision journey while positioning Sunrise as the provider of choice.
What We're Looking For:- Proven sales and marketing experience (senior living preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
- Goal-oriented with a focus on occupancy growth
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay Range:
28.15 - 35.20
