Cross Border Carrier Executive

You will drive growth and capacity within our Cross Border operation, focusing on freight between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support while partnering closely with Customer Sales and Operations.

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation
• Support Cross Border customer growth byparticipatingin demos and contributing to RFPs
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
• Deliver exceptional customer and carrier service daily
• Represent Trans Loop professionally  in every interaction
• Leverage our technology platform tooptimizecarrier performance and workflows
• Partner with Operations and After hours to ensure smooth execution and resolve service issues
• Maintain frequent contact with carriers to ensure engagement, performance, and capacity

• Experience with Cross Border Carrier Sales 2-3 years needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Exemplify a proven track recordof high performance
• Strong writing and speaking skills
