Position: Clinical Research Coordinator II-258902

We are seeking a highly adaptable Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) based in Longmont, CO, Littleton, CO, or Midtown, CO to support trial operations across a site network. Working alongside site leadership and internal departments, you will drive patient screening, care coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure the successful execution of complex, patient-centered oncology studies.

Responsibilities
  • Screen patients post-physician visit (in-person or via phone) to determine eligibility for a doctor's specific trial or across all site studies. Conduct thorough patient education and informed consent processes.
  • Balance a dynamic workload (approximately 60% administrative / 40% patient-facing), managing an active load of ~20 patients (varying from 2 to 10 per week) and navigating up to 90 active site studies.
  • Partner with internal departments—including Imaging, Labs, and Radiology—to seamlessly align protocol-required procedures and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Administer oral Investigational Product (IP) to trial participants and meticulously handle the accountability and return shipping of IP back to the central hub.
  • Complete accurate clinical data entry and diligently maintain regulatory documentation to ensure ongoing trial compliance and audit readiness.
Required Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical research experience with some direct experience supporting oncology trials. Prior hands-on experience navigating complex trial workflows, protocol administration, and adverse event tracking.
  • Proven ability to pivot quickly when unscheduled tasks arise, such as setting aside administrative computer work to conduct immediate patient screenings.
  • Demonstrated capability in independently consenting patients, managing oral Investigational Product (IP) accountability/disbursement, and preparing for sponsor or CRO monitoring visits.
  • Ability to work a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule on-site.
