Multi family security guard

Job Description

Guards must have a valid Denver Guard License.

The Guard will need to have a vehicle to get to work and be able to walk up and down stairs and be on their feet for long periods of time.

Guards will be working During Holidays and they will be paying for their own uniform from paycheck.

For this position the security guard will be patrolling an apartment complex and garage.

Approximate Shift

Hours:

8pm to 4am (8 Hour shift) 5 days a week. During the time of the shifts the officers will be responsible for doing multiple documented patrols. The developments are quiet most of the time, but the officer will have to check main areas to make sure everything is clear and no one is in the areas that are closed and kicking them out if they are.

You will also make sure people on site are residents, you will also have to deal with noise complaints as well as patrolling the parking lots to check on the vehicles. The officer is not responsible for physical confrontations, the police will be contacted if that becomes a necessity.

$15.00 per hour

You will have to wear a mask during shift and they are provided if needed.
