Description and Requirements About the Position :Summary
Seeking a vigilant Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responsible for enforcing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents. Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.
Responsibilities- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent security breaches.
- Enforce access control and verify the identification of individuals.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities.
- Operate surveillance systems and maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
- Follow security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all.
- Assist in emergency situations and execute emergency response plans.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
- Stay updated on security trends and implement preventive measures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior security or related experience preferred.
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required).
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Completion of required security training / certifications (if applicable).
