Schedule:

Part‑time and full‑time hours based on business needs. Overnight availability preferred.

Expected starting wage: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience.

• Roam and patrol job sites to deter theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities.
• Conduct frequent checks and patrols throughout shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and patrons.
• De‑escalate and/or escort off premises unruly patrons or unauthorized personnel.
• Monitor and control access at entrances/exits and vehicle gates.
• Identify, document, and report any unusual activity, violations, accidents, physical property damage, theft, or disturbances on site.
• Prepare reports in electronic format.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed.
• Use proper radio protocols to communicate with leads, management, and other site officials and staff.
• Follow Use of Force statutes, regulations, and Code 4 SOPs.
• Additional duties may be assigned and functions may be modified based on business needs.

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Security Experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Military/First Responder experience is a plus.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Consistently demonstrate emotional control and good judgment in all situations.
• Work in various environments including heat, rain, snow.
• Able and willing to stand, walk, run, and occasionally bend/twist.
• Personal transportation required; limited public transport.
