What does a Field Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the rapid response to equipment malfunctions while providing exceptional service. As a Technician II, your work focused more on fountain repair and/or perform repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems.

This position may require fountain install/removal and cold drink equipment install/ removal in some territories. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionality
Diagnose multiple types of complex equipment ( e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/ cold drink equipment and related equipment as needed
Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld device
Check-in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated process
Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value)
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
1+ years previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field required
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License
Lift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbs
Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
Knowledge of electrical systems and components, mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
