Job Level:

As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. Your work will focus more on fountain repair and/or perform repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems. This position may require fountain install/removal and cold drink equipment install/removal in some territories.

• Perform on‑site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionality
• Diagnose multiple types of complex equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
• Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
• Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/cold drink equipment and related equipment as needed
• Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld device
• Check‑in and check‑out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated process
• Maintain accurate parts inventory (estimated value $30–$35 k)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, including lifting 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to operate and use a variety of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components, mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
