Aircraft Structural Technician

Join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting the American Warfighter by installing cutting‑edge technology on military aircraft. You will perform classified heavy modifications on fixed‑wing military aircraft, specifically the C‑130 and P‑3 airframes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform structural modifications on military aircraft.
  • Conduct depot‑level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
  • Utilize skills in sheet metal repair, fabrication, and riveting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints for aircraft modifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with aircraft modification and maintenance.
  • Sheet metal repair and light modification experience.
  • Proficiency with rivet guns and blueprint reading.
  • Military experience with 6+ years of aviation structures experience or 4+ years if combined with civilian experience.
Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ownership of shadowed toolbox with etched or colored tools.
  • Capability to pass a basic sheet metal test.
  • Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Preference for candidates seeking long‑term career growth.
Work Environment

Work in a climate‑controlled, FAA‑regulated hangar with flexible shift options including four 10‑hour shifts per week. Shifts are available both during the day and evening, with a significant portion of the workforce on the day shift. The role offers opportunities for overtime based on program needs, and long‑term job security with career growth potential in a rapidly expanding company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $43.00/hr.
