Floor Coverings International of Aurora Denver partners with independent 1099 flooring installers who take pride in their craft and care about our community. If you install carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, laminate, tile, rubber floors, concrete/epoxy coatings, or trim/baseboards
, we would love to connect - whether you are an established crew or a pro building your book.

• Consistent opportunities across Aurora, Centennial, Denver, and the Front Range (typical travel ZIPs: 80015, 80018, 80239, 80247, 80013, 80014, 80012, 80010, 80017, 80011, 80045, 80230)
• Organized scopes, clear timelines, and prompt payment at agreed completion milestones
• Respectful, professional job sites and project management with heart
• High standards: clean job sites, manufacturer‑compliant installation, openness to dialogue and feedback, and a commitment to getting the details right

• Proven experience in one or more trades listed above (crew or solo)
• Your own tools, transportation, business entity/W-9, and insurance (GL/Workers’ Comp) - Not sure how, we can connect you with the right resources!
• Commitment to safety, communication, craftsmanship, and customer care
• Willingness to pass basic screening (as required by certain projects)

If you are early in your journey and serious about craftsmanship, ask about training pathways and certifications. We support continued education (e.g., CFI, NWFA, and other reputable programs) and will recommend a learning path based on your goals.
