• Maintain, diagnose, and repair various HVAC systems and all related mechanical and electrical components (such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, RTUs, split-system units, vane axial fans, etc.)
• Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems, and identify necessary specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with managers and directors in commercial and industrial settings
• Quote repairs and recommend replacements as needed
• Maintain proper van stock, tools, and safety equipment

• Good judgment in the use of supplies and materials for refrigeration repairs
• Attention to detail and critical analysis skills for diagnostics and work quality
• Professional communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience
• Availability for on-call work as needed
• Ability to pass physical, drug screening, background check, and driving record review

• Universal EPA License
• Electrical License
• 2-3 years of grocery refrigeration and HVAC experience
• Relevant education or certifications in HVAC and refrigeration
