What You’ll Do:
As a Preventative Maintenance Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining boiler systems and associated equipment, repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, enforcing and following safety protocols, and building and maintaining solid relationships with our customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Technical Certificate, Factory Raypak training and/or Journeyman license plumber preferred
- Two to five years’ experience in the boiler service field preferred
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job which includes bending, lifting heavy equipment and parts, and working in confined spaces
- Must maintain good driving record
- Proficiency using computer, ticketing systems and cell phone technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- PTO Allotment of 120 hours / 3 weeks after 90 days of employment
- Competitive Compensation; $25 - $35, depending on experience.
