to join our dynamic crew! You’ll be at the heart of installing and servicing cutting-edge boiler systems—radiant heat, snow melt setups, hydronic heating, and more. If you’ve got a background in plumbing or HVAC, this is your chance to level up your career in a role that’s anything but ordinary.
- Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves using a variety of tools and techniques—from soldering and brazing to press equipment.
- Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems with precision and care.
- Keep detailed records of work assignments and system performance.
- Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air—monitoring pressure gauges to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits or service calls.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to spec using specialized tools and machines.
- Review blueprints and building codes to plan and execute flawless installations.
- Keep your work truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with boiler/hydronic systems.
- Residential experience is a
plus. - Strong knowledge of tools, machines, and materials used in plumbing and HVAC.
- Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
