Automotive Equipment Service Technician
Position at Eaton Sales & Service in Denver, CO.
Job Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, install lifts, lubrication systems, air compressors, exhaust systems, and other automotive shop equipment.
- Travel from job site to job site in a company‑supplied vehicle.
- Represent Eaton professionally, maintaining a clean and properly maintained vehicle and attire.
- Accurately maintain a truck inventory of repair parts and consumables.
- Communicate service findings and needs clearly and accurately.
- Obtain and maintain factory and industry certifications through classroom and online courses.
- Practice all safety policies and procedures as established by Eaton Sales & Service.
- Be flexible to changing service demands.
- Solid work ethic.
- Enjoy the feeling of a project completed properly.
- Comfortable using technology for communication.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools regularly.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to explain technical situations to non‑technical people.
- Enjoy working with and meeting new people.
- Safe and responsible on the road.
- Stand or walk frequently and for long durations.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hands and arms to grasp, reach for, handle, and assemble or manipulate objects.
- Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Climb up and down ladders and other objects.
- Perform duties involving climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, stooping, and twisting within safety standards.
- Recognize backup alarms or other sounds when hearing may be required.
- Perform assigned duties safely and effectively in inclement weather conditions.
- Travel out of town with overnight stays on occasion.
- Previous experience in the automotive equipment industry.
- Previous experience running piping systems.
- ALI lift inspector certification.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.

Pay: $25‑30 per hour depending on experience.
