We are seeking an experienced and licensed Master Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can lead crews, manage projects, and ensure all work complies with Colorado codes and safety standards.

• Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentice plumbers.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and city codes (including Denver).
• Conduct system testing and inspections.
• Provide accurate project estimates and manage schedules.
• Maintain safety standards on job sites.

• Active Colorado Master Plumber License (required).
• 5+ years experience as a licensed Master Plumber.
• Strong knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate with contractors and inspectors.
• Preferred certifications:
  • Backflow Prevention Tester (ASSE 5110/5111)
  • Medical Gas Installer (ASSE 6010)
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification
  • EPA Lead-Safe Certification
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary based off of experience, certifications and expected performance. Commission bonuses are available based on performance.
