Fire Team Security, Inc. is hiring a full‑time Lead Security Technician in the Denver area at a mid‑senior level. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low‑voltage security systems, ensuring positive customer experiences and project success.

Competitive wage: $25.00–$40.00 per hour.

Schedule:

8 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with weekend work as required. Travel up to 50% within Colorado.

• Deliver positive customer experiences while installing and troubleshooting video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Inspect, install, and service low‑voltage security equipment.
• Prioritize accuracy and safety, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Provide great customer service and protect client peace of mind.

• 5+ years experience servicing and installing video surveillance, access controls, and intrusion systems.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to use a variety of power and hand tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Colorado.
• Preferred experience with Avigilon, DMP, Bosch, Fire‑Lite, or Siemens.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening test.
