• Apply and maintain appropriate water amounts using trained techniques and lighting conditions.
• Keep plants and display containers clean, free of dust, debris, diseases, insects and maintain top‑dressing appearance.
• Recognize and communicate additional product needs.
• Assist on plantscape installations—including interior or exterior container gardens, wall‑mounted systems, commercial plantscapes—and holiday decoration installations.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems.
• Drive a service van/truck in urban and rural settings and safely climb ladders.
• Use pruners, scissors and other sharp objects safely.

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Experience caring for plants is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Availability Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.
